Outreach Request

The Center for Well-Being offers a variety of outreach programs to the university community. Our presentations are prevention focused and developed with the St. Thomas student body in mind.

Criteria for our outreach programming:

Advance notice: Submit your request at least (3) weeks prior to the event. While the Center for Well-Being will make an effort to meet requests, certain times of the year do not allow the time or resources to do interviews or outreach programs.

Audience Confirmation: We ask that each event have a minimum of 10 attendees as it adds to the learning environment and utilizes our resources. If you are unable to ensure attendance, we are happy to discuss other options that can meet your needs.

Events are 45 minutes to 1 hour, unless otherwise noted. If you are looking for a shorter presentation, please note this in your request.
